We operate underwriting workshops for large American clients. We thrash out any issues. We ask how they think we are doing. We ask about any issues and concerns. We ask how we can make our relationships better. We ask where we can refine our performance. We want to know how we can improve. Most business meetings are people sitting around a table telling each other what they are doing right – they never get better. It’s an important shift. Nothing is perfect. We have to listen to our clients.
